Aparna strongly condemns recent happenings in Bangladesh

Kolkata, Oct 20 (UNI) Noted actress and filmmaker Aparna Sen on Wednesday vehemently
condemned what happened in Bangladesh during Durga Puja.
Taking to her twitter handle, Sen said, " I condemn in the strongest possible terms the injustice
against the minorities in Bangladesh during the Pujas! Zero tolerance for violence in any form
anywhere! "
" What has happened to Bangladesh? Is it turning into Pakistan? " she questioned.
" One keeps reading and hearing about Bangladeshi Hindus being tortured and killed! Stop!
Please stop! The whole planet is becoming such a violent place! " Sen iterated.
Earlier, people from all walks of life, including several film personalities, took strong exception
to what happened in the neighbouring country.
