The internet is filled with videos of people doing weird and dangerous things. And one such video of a reckless motorcyclist riding as a pillion on a motorcycle without a rider has caught the eye of Mahindra Group Chairman, Anand Mahindra. Anand Mahindra, who found it amusing shared the video on his social media handle, with the comment - "Love this... Musafir hoon yaaron... na chalak hai, na thikaana.." - parody lyrics of the popular old Hindi song from the movie Parichay.

Now, while the video has gone viral, and one might find the meme amusing, but the only takeaway from this video should be that it is grossly dangerous and no one should ever do this on public roads. He is not only endangering his life, but also others on the road, plus the fact that the motorcyclist is not wearing a helmet is a much bigger matter of concern. In fact, even Anand Mahindra addresses this point, after several Twitterati pointed it out, by resharing the video with an updated post which said - " Yes, I stand corrected. Musafir hoon yaaron, na chaalak hai, na thikaana, na HELMET.."

Riding a motorcycle is a fun and exciting experience, and we at carandbike are very much aware of that. However, what most people forget is that it is also a privilege. One must always remember that being a motorcyclist we must always take all safety precautions and ride responsibly, to ensure the safety of oneself and others on the road. We would urge you to at least wear your helmet while riding a two-wheeler and ride responsibly.
