Taparia Tools informs about closure of trading window

As intimated by a separate letter about the Meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on the Friday, 01st November 2021 to consider and approve the Statement of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2021 and other matters, Taparia Tools has informed that in accordance with the provision of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company for the Directors, designated employees and connected persons of the Company shall remain closed from the close of business hours of Monday 25th October 2021 to the close of business hours of Wednesday, 03rd November 2021.
