ComReg closes case against Virgin Media over contract change notifications

Irish regulator ComReg has closed its investigation into Virgin Media's compliance with universal service obligations. ComReg said that while it's final opinion found Virgin violated the regulations, it was satisfied with Virgin's response and proposed remedial measures and would not take further action against the operator.
