Putting a new spin on the trending Reformer Pilates, each FS8 workout is designed to break the mould of low impact fitness by incorporating revolutionary, science-backed techniques to lengthen, strengthen, stabilise and mobilise the body.
Former Australian professional surfer and three-time World Champion, Mick Fanning is the face of FS8, and having practiced yoga for over two decades, he's excited for others to experience what FS8 has to offer.
'I started doing yoga over 20 years ago now and I've probably done pilates for around the last 10 years,' he said.
'It's definitely something where I tried, even when I was competing on tour, to try and get a session or two each week from each of those disciplines.
'I really like the blend of it all with FS8. I've always tried to incorporate a whole bunch of different things in my training so this is perfect for me. I can just go in and do three different disciplines in 45 minutes to get back to surfing or the family.'
