'All of those children who loved The Wiggles in the 90s are now adults who love the nostalgia and fun from that time in their lives,' he said.
'This night is for the grown-ups and is a chance to bring back some of that genuine, high-spirited liveliness again.
'We can't wait to relive those childhood memories and dance the night away to some of the favourite old-school tunes.'
Original Yellow Wiggle Greg Page added he was looking forward to seeing their adult fans reliving their childhood.
'Looking forward to getting back on stage with the OG Wiggles - we always have a great time together, and can't wait to see the 'kids' reliving their childhood,' he said.
'I may have to pull back a bit on the dancing this time around though!'
The news comes amid the shock resignation of current Yellow Wiggle, Emma Watkins, from the children's supergroup.
Emma will pass the yellow skivvy to newcomer Tsehay Hawkins in 2022, the band announced on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old is leaving the band at the end of this year so she can devote more time to her other passions, including completing her PhD at Macquarie University.
She said in a statement that the Covid-19 lockdown made her reassess her priorities, and she realised how much she missed being at home.

'After 11 years of performing with The Wiggles, and nine of those as the Yellow Wiggle, the time has come for me to pass the yellow skivvy on,' Watkins said.
'Like many people around the world, the pandemic has given me time to reflect on what is important in life.
'For me, that means spending more time at home, something that I didn't realise I was missing out on being away eight months of the year on tour, but something that I have really cherished over the last 18 months.'
