Brazilian mobile phone exports drop 63% in September

Brazilian exports of electrical and electronic products reached USD 527.3 million in September 2021, a 29.2 percent annual growth, according to data published by the Brazilian Electrical and Electronics Industry Association (Abinee). Exports of telecommunications products were down 11.7 percent, due to a 63 percent decrease in foreign sales of mobile phones. There was also a drop in foreign sales of computer goods (-5.4%).
