Real estate developer R.J. Martin has been building homes to address Hawaii's housing crisis. He previously developed an affordable housing community and the all-solar-powered community Green Homes. At the height of the pandemic, with the influx of remote workers to Hawaii, Martin developed Surfbreak HNL, a unique co-living community with a turnkey experience.
