Banggood is very reliable site and the cutomer care is amzing - bought lots of product.
BUT…….
- All of these before pandemic / Covid 19 gifted to the world by developed country
- Before the Prof Dumbldore shoot the two tyres of the Car called ‘Economy of India’ in Nov 2016 and July 2017.

I had ordered strip LED couple of weeks and yesterday it got delivered. Apparently, the packet which I received has the seller address of Delhi, so I am assuming that Banggood has appointed some local reseller through which the parcels are getting delivered.
The package came through Delhivery.

One of my eBay order shipped through Yanwen shipping also was handled by delhi based sender(FAFALUX) using shiprocket/delhivery locally. Based on the tracking number i received for banggood order, i assume even that will be handled by the delhi shipper.

Ordered something from Banggood recently with “India Direct Mail” shipping method and it handled by “Flyte Express” - as per tracking Today it got cleared to the local authorities, now my que which courier company will handle the package for final delivery?
Any body experience so far ?

There is an easy way to check of you have any package coming from delhivery. Goto https://www.delhivery.com/ login with your mobile number/OTP, if you have any shipments booked with that number it'll show up there.Hello experienced members,

You can only order product which are under ‘India Direct Mail’ shipping - Those are not you will see ‘Can’t Ship To India’
Order something very small two weeks ago, received yesterday - I’m confident no custom duty will impose which under Direct Shipping.....Sad part not much variety like Ali X.
Domestic Shipping handled by the Fafalux Logistics .....delivered by ship rocket Courier for my case.
Outside shipping handled by Flyte Express.

There is an option in the final check out where banggood offers to return the entire custom charges if you pay the custom protection charge which will be according to your order value, for you need to send the custom receipt picture to them......If no custom charge is imposed you will not get back the money.
I never tried this in my earlier order (Pre Pandemic) or didn't opt for recent order too which is a very low-value non-electronics item, but 14k it is better to opt-out for the peace of mind.
