    Anyone switch from PPL to brosplits or something similar?

    With being in my 40s and work and kids, going hard on PPL leaves me wrecked. Thinking about switching to a bro split to maintain 5-6 days a week, but reducing recovery pains.

    Anyone do this? Did you get better results? If not bro split, what did you do?

    Sounds like work capacity issues. If you can handle ppl on your 30s, there's little reason why you shouldn't be able to handle it in your 40s.
