How to complete The Missing Muse explained

This one is started by grabbing a note inside a cabin in the Pez Volador Diving Club. The goal here is to find Rosa - for these, there are a number of clues to gather in the area. But just for time's sake, you can find the streamlined step-by-step below.

After you have taken the note, head to the boat-shaped restaurant in the centre of the diving club. Go upstairs and, just under the cabin and hanging from the wall, you'll find Ambrosio's Key next to the 211 number.
