Mr. Vivek Trivedi, Founder and Chief Executive officer- Shikshakji.com speaks to us on his entrepreneurial journey, focus areas and growth plans.
It’s all started in year 1997 when I observed few of my friends, batchmates and student those days were struggling to pay their fees and were not having source to learn and earn, my initiative those days came as savior and till date we helped thousands of students. From the modest beginning we started small and set up completely professional modus operandy to support these early age educators. Our commercial interest was secondary but primarily our focus was on supporting the starta of society who needed it most.
During my second stint as an entrepreneur ISO certification, Focus on quality deliverables and continuous and continual engagement with key accounts helps us a game changer and helping in drafting and crafting strategies to win the war of talent for SOHO ( Small Office, Home Office) to Fortune 500 companies, we were able to recruit the best possible talent for Many German firms who were looking forward to increase the footprints in India those days. We floated Executive search firm and Recruitment training wing as well to support end to end value chain in talent training and deployment the tripartite ecosystem.
As a typical talent acquisition professional I always wanted to be in midst of people and circle around, thus initiated few free of cost Initiative like “Morning Miracle” and “JOSH” to name a few. Jobs and Opportunities Seekers Help ( JOSH) helped many job seekers to attain the dream job, career planning, resume evaluation and interview coaching absolutely free of cost and this initiative got awarded by well known employability forum of India. Morning Miracle is whatsapp initiative started with 03 people in 2017 and currently having 15k plus subscribers to get supported by learning of self help books absolutely with zero cost.
As an Avid Learner I always equip myself with best of trainers and coaches globally and received many certification few of which includes ASCB – UK, CAMI – USA, Thomas Assessment, IIM Bangdlore and many more.
Same like learning winning awards and accolades is always an affinity and inclination for me and received hundreds of awards starting from school days, college life and in corporate journey, Be it debate competition, poem recitation within School or intraschool competition, regional and national level competition I was fortunate to receive award every time, Jawahar Lal Nehru Regional Science Congress, Intercollegiate NSS competition, All India Radio, Many corporate awards and Award by Government of India and World HRD Congress awards.
Post spending two decades in recruitment and with successful recruitment of 10k plus candidate, 30k plus interviews and approx 1.5 million resume evaluation I decided to give back to society the hidden secret of success in any interviews and started “TALKS ( Talent Acquisition learning and knowledge sharing ) and grew from 30 people to 33k plus followers on Linkedin. Authored three books – Interview Mantra, Resume Mantra and Interviewer Mantra mentored by Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai and make available free of cost for people to understand the nuances and take most possible benefit.
Shared knowledge as Guest Lecturer and key note speaker, chief Guest for many prestigious institutes including IIMs, IITs, NMIMS, Symbiosis, IBS Jaipur, Amity Business school and 15 plus more prestigious institutes. Also as Jury Member, Panel Moderator and Industry expert in Many events organised by AIMA, GWFM, NHRD, Corehrir, Digital HR, UBS Forum and other Global event organizers.
In last one and year trained and coached more than 10k plus people through “Interview Masterclass, Talent Acquisition Masterclass and LinkedIn Masterclass- Organised by Mentogram – Singapore based firm.
With my continuous endeavor to support the society Shikshakji.com is formed to support the educators who lost the job due to pandemic, deprived with salary cuts and confuse at Career crossroads, we at Shikshakji.com support those educators absolutely free of cost and try to bring them back in mainstream. We offer four factors assessment framework and thorough screening and validation by Eminent educationist and stewards before sharing Resume to clients.
