Cult.fit looks at expansion in Telangana via a franchise model

Hyderabad: Cult.fit, a health and fitness platform, scales its operations through its nationwide expansion using a franchise business model, including Telangana. It is looking at partnerships with local franchisees in the region to dig deeper into smaller markets.

Cult.fit has a presence in Hyderabad with about 30 centers. It is looking for another 30 Cult Centers and Cult Gyms via a franchise model in Telangana.

With an existing footprint in 21 cities in India, the company wants to be present in 50 cities, including top metros, by the end of the year. Under the FOFO (Franchise-Owned and Franchise-Operated) model, people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a tendency towards fitness or a fitness business can take a Cult franchise license to operate a Cult Center, a Cult Gym or both.

Cult.fit provides end-to-end support to franchise partners through a dedicated central team that will help provide a standardized experience to customers across the country. An extremely technologically-driven and automated operation process has been instituted to ensure that the operation is smooth. Cult.fit also supports these partners with digital marketing and branding campaigns to promote growth and generate higher revenue.

Commenting on the expansion, Naresh Krishnaswamy, Growth and Marketing, Cult.fit, said: ‘Over the past year we have seen an increase in the demand for our services online and offline, not only in the best metros but also in smaller cities. . Our online presence has increased Cult’s demand for centers in new pockets. ”
