Omani fixed internet subscriptions reach 510,151 in August, up nearly 5%

The number of fixed internet subscriptions in Oman reached 510,151 at the end of August, up by 4.7 percent, according to data from the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI). The number of fixed telephone line subscriptions declined by 4.0 percent year on year to 577,450. Prepaid and postpaid analogue fixed telephone lines decreased by 4.9 percent to 284,927 year on year.
