Established during the Swadeshi Movement of India, Biological E. Limited (BE) started during a time when the nation sought access to critical healthcare products. Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.

Qualification : M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc. (Life Sciences) & B.Sc. / Diploma / ITI
Required Skills : Preparation and review of SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation / Qualification Protocols.
BLENDING : Ability to handle shift operations for formulation activities. Operate and maintain equipmentssuch as autoclave, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids.
FILLING : Ability to handle shift operations for filling activities. Operate and maintain equipments such as Vial washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling and Capping.
PACKING & LABELLING : Ability to handle shift operations for labelling and packing activities. Operate and maintain equipments such as Labeling machine, Cartoner machine, Tamper evidence applicator and Track & trace machine.
