Mia Fevola announced last week she'd broken up with her AFL player boyfriend Jamarra Ugle-Hagan.
But the 21-year-old already seems to be moving on from the split, telling fans on Tuesday she was feeling better and looking towards the future.
The model and businesswoman shared a photo on Instagram of herself smiling with her morning coffee, alongside an inspiring message.

Hours earlier, she'd shown Western Bulldogs star Jamarra, 19, what he was missing as she flaunted her figure in nude activewear.
The brunette showcased her impressively toned midriff as she modelled the sporty outfit in a gallery of photos shared to Instagram.

She beamed for a mirror selfie before posing next to a Suzuki she was taking for a test drive.
The posts come after reports Mia and Jamarra split as a result of 'pressure' on their fledgling romance.
A source told The Herald Sun there was 'too much pressure' on the young couple, who had been dating for 12 months.

While headlines have focused on the young lovebirds' break-up, Mia's mother Alex Fevola drew attention to her daughter's professional achievements.
She launched her clothing brand MALLT Collective last year and also consults for her mum's cosmetics brand, Runway Room.
'I am so proud of her, she really surprises me with her capabilities,' Alex said.

Mia announced her split from Jamarra on Instagram last Thursday, and also deleted all pictures of the footy star from her account.
'Thank you to everyone for all the photos and messages,' she wrote.
'Jamarra and I have now gone our separate ways. I appreciate your messages and thank you for respecting my privacy.'

Mia had debuted her relationship with the skilled key forward in March, but it's believed they'd been dating for about six months before that.
Jamarra has already been dubbed 'Buddy Franklin 2.0' for being the first Indigenous player to be taken at pick one since Des Headland in 1998.
He is also the first Bulldog to top the AFL draft since Brownlow Medallist Adam Cooney had his name called out first in 2003.
