She took off her jacket before going on to do alternating leg splits that focused on her lower abs and trim pins.
The brunette beauty then did a round of squats, squat pulses, followed by jump squats.
She caught her breath as she did a squat hold, before getting her sweat on with a series of burpees to round out the routine.
