Applications are invited from female candidates for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) for Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Government of India funded project at C.U.Shah College of Pharmacy, Mumbai
Project Title : Screening of plant products as potential sources of Vitamin B12 and evaluation of their safety and bioavailability”

Duration of the project : 01 year (Can be extended depending on performance)
Fellowship : Rs. 35,000/- + 24% HRA p.m.
Eligibility/ Experience : M.Pharm. degree from PCI/AICTE/MHRD etc recognized institutes with a first class at B.Pharm. or at M. Pharm. level. Sound knowledge and working experience of handling TLC, HPLC and HPTLC for method development and validation and extraction of plant materials is essential. The candidate should be ready to travel for the project related work. The candidate may be required to to work with small laboratory animals for carrying out pharmacokinetic studies. The candidate should be able to work independently and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. GPAT qualified candidates with work experience will be given preference.
Successful applicant may be given opportunity to enroll for Ph.D program in the faculty of Science and Technology of S.N.D.T. Women’s University through C.U.Shah College of Pharmacy, subject to availability of seats and fulfilling of all terms and conditions stipulated by the University and College.
