    Isolate VS Concentrate Whey

    Which one is best for muscle growth, isolate whey or concentrate whey?

    Which one is better for muscle growth, Provon whey or Mutant whey?

    I also would like to ask what kind of supplement is best for muscle growth (I asked this question because there are a lot of kind of supplement and I am confuse and don't know which one I should buy and use for muscle growth)?

    It doesn't really matter, it's just the process used to extract it from the milk - isolate is more expensive but purer. If you a) aren't bothered by lactose and b) have a slightly larger serving size then I would expect the results to be identical for concentrate.

    Minor differences really. One is closer to 90% whey and the other is more or likely around 80% if a quality product/company.
    Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

    I eat pea/quinoa protein powder. My gym tried to sell me that their protein powder was purer and mine likely was diluted with wheat or rice flour.

    I wonder how one could test for the presence of flour.

    If you have digestion issues, an isolate would be the better option, if not, stick with a concentrate
