A school teacher come professional home organiser has revealed her top five tips to achieving an Instagram-worthy pantry and it doesn't matter how much chaos you start with.
Bec Wik, 25, from Victoria is a performing art's teacher by day, but after hours she helps people de-clutter their pantries, bathrooms and other storage spaces.

The job took her five hours to complete, but the A to Z Home Organising & Design business owner says the finished space is always worth the effort.
'It involves decluttering, cleaning, positioning, organising and finally labelling,' she revealed.
Bec first got into organising storage spaces at the beginning of the Covid lockdowns in 2020 and once she got a taste for it she couldn't stop.

'I was really into musical theatre before but that closed down and I got into organising things. I started with a few areas in my house and posted before and after pictures online and got some really positive attention from it,' she explained.
'And it has been awesome to have such a creative outlet.'
The intensity of Bec's new found passion for organising things came when her boyfriend bought her a Cricut labelling machine for Christmas.

Now labelling is one of her favourite things to do - and top rules for keeping things organised and functional.
'You have to label it like you say it too, not how you think it should be labelled, because then you will just get confused,' she said.
In her recent pantry transformation the young woman added container as well as labels to help her clients keep everything under control in the future.
What are Bec's five tips to organising a pantry well?
1 - Always measure and draw up your space before you organise. This allows you to fully understand the space and buy product that will work best for the space.
2 - If you’re working with a corner space, use turn tables in the corners to use the space effectively but also give it the illusion that it’s not cluttered.
3 - Give your pantry shelves some different levels. This allows you to fit more in your pantry but also caters to the looks of your pantry. For example: tire shelf for cans, hanging selves for wraps. Different size/height containers, which allows you to designate areas in your pantry and make it easier to see if you’re stacking containers behind each other, because you can clearly see what you have.
4 - LABEL, LABEL, LABEL. Labelling is so important in finding where you have put everything, and label exactly how you would say it. For example I have a basket in my pantry called morning routine, because this to me is all our vitamins and breakfast stuff that we use in the morning. I recognise what is exactly in that box. However someone might call it something different. So label for you and your space. Sometimes generic labels can become confusing, especially for a basket or box as you can’t clearly see in it.
5 - Invest in clear containers. I highly recommend using clear food storage containers. This allows you to see exactly what you have in your pantry and makes you accountable each week when you shop. Meaning it will stop you from buying food you already have in your pantry. Allowing you to save money each week when you go grocery shopping.
That way you’re not finding three opened packets of rice at the back of your pantry that will now go to waste. So you’re also limiting your waste as well.

Before this client called Bec in her pantry was a complete mess
'It was amazing to see the difference between how much bigger the space got when it was organised properly,' she said.
'I have been in contact with the client since organising this space for her and she said it still looks the same to when we did it. Which is great feedback because it means it’s not just pretty but it has been super functional for her and her family as she has quite a big family.'
The photos were praised by people in the group who couldn't believe how big the pantry looked once stacked properly.
Bec loves being a teacher but says she also has a dream to travel around Australia helping people organise their homes well.
She is also looking forward to moving into her new home where she will be able to design the perfect organisation systems for each area.
