Hey guys, I'm currently on a cut and have stalled on my weightloss, I am currently 5'10 at about 182 pounds and my face is quite chubby still. I have been lifting and do notice my clothes continue to get a bit looser than usual. I definitely can see my calves thin out, but my face seems to stay the same. I do have a higher sodium diet but I drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water each day. When do you usually notice facial fat loss? I heard that fat loss is lost all over the body like an onion being peeled, but it seems like some parts lose more and some less?

I know how it feels because I've always had a chubby face, and according to my research, you have few options.
As you lose a little more fat, your face may slim down, but if this is a genetic trait in your family, it may be more difficult.
I have tried ice packs and I have the impression that it has diminished a bit, but it is possible that it is just a placebo effect.
Your two other alternatives are to have a bichectomy or accept yourself as you are.

He wasn't asking if he could spot-reduce it, but rather when you notice it.
My fat storage genetics are kind of weird in that I seem to hold it on my face and arms more notably than on my belly. So I notice the face thinning out a little faster than most, probably. As fat as I ever got at just over 260, my belly was only just beginning to hang off my abdomen even though I could pinch off an inch on my upper arms and I had a double chin, etc.Bench: 320
Squat: 375
Deadlift: 495

I used to have a decently slim face at my lowest weight of around 165, Is 165lbs too low tho for someone 5'10? I'm just worried though that in losing the first 10lbs, I didn't see much face changes, so if I lose the next 15lbs, I'm afraid I can't get back to what I used to look like. Because of some sort of facial fat redistribution
