The Bachelor's Irena Srbinovska shares photos of beau Locky Gilbert training for SAS Australia ahead of filming the show's third season
Channel Seven only released the full line up for the next season of SAS Australia on Sunday.
But new recruit Locky Gilbert is already training hard for the gruelling military-style competition, based on girlfriend Irena Srbinovska's social media.
The reality TV beauty, 32, revealed on Instagram she had a 'proud girlfriend moment' watching her man get ready for the show.

In a series of photos, Irena showed the 32-year-old adventure guide getting into shape, adding her own caption outlining his journey.
'Over the last few months I have seen you work harder than I have ever seen anyone work their body. You have also eaten more food than I have ever seen anyone consume,' she wrote.
'I am so proud of you, good luck babe @locklangilbert no matter how far you go I am proud but I know you can make it to the end! You are truely [SIC] dedicated to this (see last pic)'.

The last photo showed Locky having fallen asleep while reading SAS Australia star Ant Middleton's self-help guide Zero Negativity: The Power of Positive Thinking.
Locky declared his love for Irena on last year's season of The Bachelor, choosing her over runner-up Bella Varelis in the finale.
'Irena, every time I'm with you, you just grab my hand. I feel so safe and protected,' he told her at the time.
The couple have already discussed marriage, and in November Locky referred to Irena as 'the love of my life'.

From an NRL player to a boxer, Channel Seven have announced the 17 celebrities set to star on season three of SAS Australia.
The network released the full line-up for the military-style competition on Sunday, and it features a mixture of famous and controversial participants.
The 2022 contestants include retired NRL star Darius Boyd, model Simone Holtznagel as well as Bachelor stars Anna Heinrich and Locky Gilbert.

They will appear alongside former Olympic swimmer Geoff Huegill, Olympic diver Melissa Wu, AFL star Barry Hall, Real Housewives of Sydney's Melissa Tkautz and convicted cocaine dealer Richard Buttrose.
Boxers Ebanie Bridges and Michael Zerafa as well as comedian Paul Fenech, rugby star Ellia Green, NRLW player Millie Boyle, motorsports presenter Riana Crehan, and AFL commentator Wayne Carey are also set to compete on the show.
Troubled Home and Away heart-throb Orpheus Pledger, who was arrested for allegedly being in possession of methamphetamine in February, will also appear on the program.

The new participants took part in a promotional photo shoot in Sydney on Friday, with filming set to begin this weekend.
According to a recent report by TV Tonight, filming will take place in the NSW Blue Mountains.
While the show will use the same base camp as season two, some of the locations and challenges will be changed.

Channel Seven has confirmed the show's third season will air next year.
A casting call released in March also advertised for 'everyday Aussies' to sign up for the challenging series.
'You've seen our Star Recruits on the #SASAustralia course, now it's your turn! Do you have what it takes to pass Selection?' it read.
