Serious fatigue after 7 months cutting.

    Hey team, 6'0" currently 179lbs

Started cut beginning of April at 217lbs so 38lbs lost, I am about 10lbs away from my goal weight where I want to transition to a lean bulk from a nice lean frame, I am very happy with my progress and just have a slight bit of visceral fat obscuring my abs, but otherwise lean.

I will admit I was trying to rush my cut in the last month or so due to wanting to be "ready by summer", and I think I have been getting by on too low calories.

I've started to experience a lot of fatigue and it's go to the point where its effecting my gym sessions pretty badly, today was the first time I got to the gym and thought "nope", I just didn't have it in me.

So it's time to do a diet break I think, my question is, how long? I plan to go up to maintainance for a little while and try to get a reset, but how long would you reccomend, a week? 2 weeks? A month?

    Anyone can help?

Usually I would recommend ~2 weeks. Don't go crazy, just increase back up to where you think your maintenance will be. You're likely to see the scale creep up a bit, don't flip out when that happens, just stick to the plan.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
