Hi,
I've been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey for some years but its never fully 'agreed' with my (bloating, gas etc).
I've also found that the amount of soya used in the protein seems to have an effect on me too.
Some form of pea protein (fermented pea, pea isolate) is one avenue I'd like to try.
Has anyone got any suggestions for non-soya containing pea protein powders on the market? I've seen BULK powders but its looks too good to be true...
Also, as pea protein doesn't fulfill the protein profile for a nutritious supplement, would a form of BCAA need to be taken as well?
