Beanie Feldstein stands out from the crowd in a bright green ruffled dress as she attends the Tony Awards in NYC
Beanie Feldstein was one of many industry names that attended the 74th annual Tony Awards in New York City on Sunday.
The 28-year-old actress and former Broadway star was seen wearing a very eye-catching green dress at the event, which was held at the Winter Garden Theatre.
Though not nominated — having transitioned from theatre to film and television — Beanie spoke on stage at the event, and later cozied up to her BFF Ben Platt, who was also in attendance.
The Tony Awards recognizes excellence in live Broadway theatre as they are presented by the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League at an annual ceremony in Midtown Manhattan.

Making them green with envy! Beanie Feldstein, 28, looked a breath of fresh air as she rocked a ruffled bright green dress and matching heels at the 74th Annual Tony Awards in NYC on Sunday
The Booksmart star made a splash in a dramatic ruffled off the shoulder dress in a shade of lime green.
The garment boasted a bubble skirt that fell just below the knee and she opted for cohesion as she walked the red carpet in green platform heels that wrapped around the ankle.
Her brown locks were swept back in a half updo and the look was accessorized with hanging earrings.
While on the red carpet the Impeachment: American Crime Story star spoke to the Associated Press about her tremendous respect for Broadway performers.

Look lovely in lime like Beanie wearing Christian Siriano
After the Met Gala and MTV VMAs, you may be so over red carpet events, but the Tony Awards this weekend was yet another star-studded one that didn't escape our attention.
From Chrissy Teigen in silver sparkles by Ulyana Sergeenko to Jake Gyllenhaal in a pretty pink Prada suit, there was plenty of sartorial statements.
One attendee that also stole the show was Beanie Feldstein, who was styled by Erin Walsh in this vibrant Christian Siriano dress with 'Malena' sandals by Paris Texas. To complete the look, she's wearing jewellery by Briony Raymond and Graziela Gems.
Hailing from the Spring 2022 collection, the dress is cut from silk faille in the most gorgeous lime green shade. We also love the bubble silhouette and off-shoulder ruffled bodice.
You can pre-order the dress now, but if you want to discover affordable look-alikes first, peruse our edit that includes Ted Baker, Dundas and Lashes Of London.

'There's no one in the world that I respect more than Broadway performers. It's one of the most physically, and kind of emotionally demanding gigs, and they're just the most remarkably talented people on earth.'
'To be in this room and to be back with this community that I hold so close to my heart, and that I'm lucky enough to be a part of, is always going to be my favorite room that I'm ever in is with these idols.'
The lights on the famed theatre district went dim amid the Coronavirus pandemic, but Broadway returned in full force just one month ago.
Despite being the younger sister of Jonah Hill, Beanie began to rise to prominence after starring alongside Bette Midler in the 2017 production Hello, Dolly!, originally having dreamt of a theatre career.

BFF: 'I can imagine us in high school if we read about a best-friend duo that was on Broadway. We'd be like, "We're obsessed with them!"' the duo gushed in a joint Vanity Fair interview
And another actor who got his start in Broadway was none other than her childhood friend Ben Platt, who found fame after starring in The Book of Mormon and Dear Evan Hansen.
'I can imagine us in high school if we read about a best-friend duo that was on Broadway. We'd be like, "We're obsessed with them!' We would watch every Broadway.com interview they did,"' the two shared in a joint 2017 interview with Vanity Fair.
Though she has become a household name in Hollywood, Feldstein will be unearthing her Broadway roots after being cast as Fanny Brice in the revival of Funny Girl.
The original production premiered on Broadway in 1964 and starred Barbra Streisand as Brice. She was nominated for eight Tonys, including best musical but never won.
