Imphal, September 26 2021: In collaboration with AMUCO, 16 clubs of various localities of Imphal areas have formed an apex organisation named, Khwai United Clubs' Organisation (KHUCO) on Sunday.

In a release, AMUCO organisation secretary in-charge Koijam Santosh Meitei informed that a meeting chaired by its president Pheiroijam Nando Luwang was held at AMUCO office during which the gathering endorsed formation of KHUCO along with electing 23 office bearers of the new organisation.

The release further informed that the 23 newly elected office bearers included Sagolband Youth Development Organisation (SYDO), Akham Lampak president Maisnam Biramani Luwang as president; Keishampat Thiyam Leikai Development Club (KTDC) president Chongtham Iboyaima and Sagolband Ingudam Leikai Youth Association (SILYA) representative Khumanthem Bira as vice-presidents; Kangabam Leikai Youth Social Club (KLYSC), Keishampat general secretary Kangabam Leinin as general secretary; Usha Bhavan Club (UBC) and Sagolbang Sayang general secretary Thokchom NR Meitei as finance secretary.
