GODREJ PROPERTIES Financial Update...

GODREJ PROPERTIES net profit stood at Rs 469 million for the quarter ended June 2021, compared to a profit of Rs 193 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 49.5% to Rs 862.0 million during the period as against Rs 1.7 billion in April-June 2020.

For the year ended March 2021, GODREJ PROPERTIES reported 120.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 734.0 million compared to net profit of Rs 3.6 billion during FY20.

Revenue of the company grew 68.7% to Rs 8 billion during FY21.

The current Price to earnings ratio of GODREJ PROPERTIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 1711.9x.
