Hello,
I want to focus on my chest more but I only workout at home - I only have enough weights to make dumbbells up to 20kg. I have progressed enough so that traditional exercises with these dumbbells aren't challenging anymore so progress is stalling. Apart from increasing reps to >30, which would be inconvenient for me as I only have a limited time to workout, are there any chest exercises I can do that utilise this limited weight in a different way? Appreciate the help![]()

Pseudo-planche pushups. You won’t run out of resistance with these.
Alternatively, do assisted one-arm pushups with one hand assisting with balance. Once you get stronger you can elevate the assisting hand and/or add weight in a backpack. When you can do 8-12 reps with 20 kg added and just a little balance support from the inactive hand you’ll be quite strong. But you will eventually run out of resistance.Last edited by EiFit91; Today at 03:40 AM.

Do flyes first
Then try pushups
Then put your feet up on a chair and do push-ups for the upper chest"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. "By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
