Halloween Travel Survey reveals 53.57% of people said they planned on traveling for Halloween

46.79% of people said they felt safer traveling during the fall than the summer; 28.57% of people had felt no concern with regards to COVID-19 or any of its variants when traveling.

Halloween offers festivities for people of all ages to partake in. With all sorts of Halloween attractions over the place, people tend to travel around for haunted places, Halloween parties, or to simply visit friends and family.

Τravelexplorator.com recently conducted a Halloween Travel Survey for the upcoming holiday. SurveyMonkey conduct it on its behalf and received responses from over 280 adults between the ages of 18-70.

Here were some of the interesting statistics and answers they received:

  • 53.57% of people said they planned on traveling for Halloween
  • 42.50% of people said they were mainly traveling to visit friends and family
  • 81.07% of people planned on spending $500 or less
  • 46.79% of people said they felt safer traveling during the fall than the summer
  • 28.57% of people had felt no concern with regards to COVID-19 or any of its variants when traveling

This Halloween Travel Survey was conducted by Survey Monkey. There were over 280 people in the United States surveyed between the ages of 18-70. From these people surveyed, 29.64% were between 18-29, 25% were between 30-44, 30.71% were between 45-60, and 14.64% were older than 60 years. Of all the participants, 49% were male, and 51% were female.
