Hyderabad: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) CPM held a public conference in Palki Garden, Hussaini Alam, Charminar.
The conference was addressed by the guest of honor at the conference – the member of the central committee of the CPM and former MLC Sitaramlu and the member of the state committee, Mohammed Abbas.
The speakers accused the central government of pursuing anti-human policies by raising petrol and gas prices, combating legislation against farmers, privatizing state institutions, perpetrating injustice to retailers, giving unlimited freedom to the large and foreign multinational enterprises, the work to trample rights and create a common atmosphere in the country.
Both speakers demanded that the government stop this policy against people immediately.
Meanwhile, a zonal committee has been formed. The delegates elected Abdul Sattar as secretary of the committee.
Babar Khan, Meena, Sheikh Yaqoob, Mahendra, Shekhar and Zahida Begum were elected as committee members.
The newly elected Zone Secretary Abdul Sattar addressed the conference and ensured that people’s movements and the party in his area are strengthened and protests are held against the government’s anti – people policy.
