Joindre Capital Services has informed that its Subsidiary Company, Joindre Commodities have received an order from SEBI, wherein the SEBI has cancelled the Certificate of Registration bearing No. INZ 000045333 granted to the said Company in the matter of National Spot Exchange. The Subsidiary Company is pursuing appropriate legal remedies against the said order.
