My right arm is significantly weaker than my left arm due to which i am having a lot of trouble pushing for heavy weights or even normal weights sometime.
Lets say , i can push for 20KG with Dumbbell Curl on my left arm but i struggle to push 14KG with my right arm ( same with reps i can go 20 reps on my left, but i give up on 9 or 10 reps on my right arm ). Same sort of issues i face when i am doing bench press, its just that i cant push heavy as in my right arm gives up. its been so demotivating for me , i dont know how to fix this issue? the issue particularity lies on my forearm, elbow and outer biceps.
