Hafthor Bjornsson tells Logan Paul that Eddie Hall is ‘a fat guy from the UK’ and criticises The Beast for YouTube videos with celebrities

Hafthor Bjornsson labelled Eddie Hall ‘the fat guy from the UK’ as he joined Logan Paul on his podcast.

Thor and Hall don’t like each other. We’ve known that for a long time and have been waiting for them to settle their dispute in the boxing ring.

The two former World’s Strongest Men were due to clash last weekend, but an injury to The Beast forced the bout to be postponed.

The Mountain instead fought arm-wrestling champion Devon Larratt, and stopped him in the first round.

Hall was not impressed with Thor, though, and criticised his technique during the fight.

YouTuber turned boxer Logan Paul travelled to Iceland to get Thor onto his podcast and asked him about Eddie Hall.

Thor said: “Who’s that guy? Ah the fat guy from the UK, right.”

Paul and his co-host Mike Majlak cracked up at that comment.

Thor continued: “At least I fight. That fat guy, all he does is punch celebrities he finds on his YouTube channel. That’s the only thing he does.”

Logan Paul then asked Thor if he thought Hall’s injury was genuine and the Icelandic superstar said: “That’s what he said. I think it’s fake. We will see if he will come in March, that’s what I’m hearing that it will be ready in March, we will see if that happens or if he’s going to get injured again by fooling around and punching celebrities.”

When Paul asked why he’d want to sign up for something like that, Thor said: “Because I want to beat him up.

“I’m taking that fight seriously. I want to prepare myself properly, get the experience in, and my end run here is to beat him. That’s my final destination.

“As long as he’s going to delay it, I’m going to get better. He’s actually doing me a favour by fooling around and not taking this seriously.

“I can actually keep working, training hard and prepare myself. Whenever he’s ready I will be able to kick his ass.”
