Fury formed part of Paul’s undercard as he defeated Anthony Taylor in August before immediately calling out the Youtuber-turned boxing star.

But when could we see the two social media foes face off in the ring together? talkSPORT.com takes a look…

Jake Paul v Tommy Fury: When could it happen?

An official date won’t be confirmed until the fight is announced but fans can hope to see the pair square off in 2022.

Paul has recently sent Fury an ultimatum, offering to pay him $1million of his ‘own money’ to make the fight happen.

Fury revealed he’s rejected TWO offers to fight the social media star, saying they ‘weren’t worth getting out of bed for’.

The younger brother of WBC king Tyson told talkSPORT in the summer that he believed his appearance on Paul’s undercard showed an intention of setting up a fight between them next.

During their social media back-and-forth, Paul, 24, has even referenced Fury’s girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague by calling her a ‘catfish’.

And a bout seems simple enough to book after Fury signed a two-fight deal with US broadcaster Showtime – who inked Paul to their network earlier this year.

Paul had previously been linked with fighting fellow YouTuber KSI after the Brit got the better of his older brother Logan in November 2019.

Jake Paul v Tommy Fury: What has been said?

In a social media post titled ‘My final message to Tommy Fury’, Paul said: “This is the last time I’m speaking about this guy if we don’t end up fighting because I’m starting to get p* off.”

“Tommy’s about to fumble the biggest bag of his life. Tommy, I made you famous, I gave you the biggest payday [reportedly $1million] of your life.

“I gave you the chance to shine in front of the world and now I’m offering to quadruple the biggest payday of your life that I gave you to fight you.

“This is what happens when you give someone clout and an ego, they start to think they’re better than they actually are.

“I have dozens of other fighters calling me out every week, Tommy. You’re replaceable.”

Fury: “I just wanted to come on here and address a few things that Jake Paul has been saying that I have denied two offers to fight him.

“That is true, as those offers weren’t even worth addressing, and now he has come out and said that he wants to give me a £1million to fight him and I just want to say this.

“To everybody out there, £1million for a fight of this magnitude is not even worth getting out of bed for, this fight is going to gross millions and millions of pounds.

“I cannot walk down the street without anybody asking me when are you fighting Jake Paul, so until you want to make a serious offer and put it on the table, we can’t think about fighting pal.’”
