Designer Carolyn Pressly slashes price of colorful Tribeca loft by $1M

Interior designer Carolyn Pressly just knocked a million bucks off her Tribeca dream pad.

But she kept the brokers: “Million Dollar Listing New York” reality TV stars Kirsten Jordan of Douglas Elliman and Tyler Whitman of Triplemint.

The four-bedroom, 4½-bath condo at the Artisan Lofts (143 Reade St.) is now asking $7.5 million.

Pressly designed the 3,220-square-foot home for herself and its flooded with funky colors, from lemony yellow to spicy mustard brown and hot versions of fuchsia.

The home was previously showcased in Elle Decor and features French oak floors inlaid with brass, wood beams, a chef’s kitchen with mirrored French pivot doors, an alcove office/study with cork floors inspired by the Plaza Hotel’s Oak Room, built-in closets, a balcony and 8-foot-tall steel casement windows.

There’s also lots of custom furniture, eclectic wallpaper and art.
