Karolina Kurkova has put her contemporary Tribeca loft on the market for $4.7 million.

The two bedroom apartment in New York City boasts 2,063 square feet, unbeatable views of the neighboring Hudson River and skyline, and plenty of closet space, according to People.

Apart from the many amenities, the residence has sentimental value for Karolina, 37, who gave birth to her son Tobin Jack in a birthing suite in the loft 11 years ago.

The home is located on the ninth floor, and was originally a three bedroom unit which Karolina redesigned into two bedrooms to create plenty of custom closets, a dressing room, home office, and two east facing windows, according to People.

Listing agent Ruthie Assouline of the Assouline Team at Compass realty said the residence had the most closet space she had ever seen in an apartment of comparable size.

'More often than not, lack of closet space is a challenge in New York City,' Ruthie told People. 'The changes Karolina incorporated into the space with her floor plan redesign resulted in some of the most closet space I have seen in an apartment of this size.'

Hardwood floors run throughout the home, offering a chic and polished finish.

While the luxurious home offers everything and more a celebrity family could want, the brood are now in need of more space following the birth of their third child, Ruthie told the website.

The Czech-American model and her husband Archie Drury welcomed a daughter named Luna Grace in May 2021.

The couple already share two sons together, 11-year-old Tobin and five-year-old Noah.

Announcing the birth of baby number three on her Instagram account, Karolina gushed: ''Welcome LunaGrace, our little angel, born on the pink supermoon. We are so in love.'

In a piece written for Glamour prior to the birth of Luna, Karoline opened up about her pregnancy, saying that 'being pregnant for the third time, and especially being pregnant during this time, is a different experience.'

The supermodel said that she was taking a calm approach to her third pregnancy.

'I believe things happen when they are supposed to - it's part of that magic thing we don't always have control over,' the Czech catwalk stalwart wrote. 'We have to surrender, be patient, evolve, and grow.'

She said that her journey will be guided by wisdom and maturity from age and the events of the past year.

'When I had my two other pregnancies, I was younger,' Kurkova said. 'Now in my mid-30s, I'm more confident in my skin and benefitting from a year that's brought so many opportunities to think, reflect and reevaluate.

'I think this time has brought a lot of things to the surface for many of us - things we might have dismissed or thought we could deal with later - and forced us to think about who we are and what really matters. The focus has shifted.'

The 5ft11 model took a body positive approach in saying she was 'in awe of what [her] body can do and endure' amid her third pregnancy, which had given her 'the opportunity to finally feel free' in her body.'
