Hey everyone, I took estrogen for three years to transition from male to female and recently decided to stop. I now intend to live as a man and get back into bodybuilding. The estrogen has softened my facial features and caused me to develop breast tissue. I basically gave myself gyno lol. Eventually I'll get surgery to correct that. I was wondering if I could benefit from cycling HGH or any other supplements to masculinize my appearance. Before I started transitioning, my brow ridge, cheek bones, and jawline seemed slightly more prominent. My eyebrows seemed slightly closer together and more furrowed. My bone structure and facial dimensionality was more highlighted when I had masculine skin texture. I had a very handsome, chiseled face before transitioning. Even though I still have the same bone structure, I look more pretty than traditionally handsome. Post-estrogen skin has smoothed some of the sharpness in my face. Essentially, it has created a tiny layer of subcutaneous fat across the entirety of my skin. The effect is a softer, more gentle look. Everyone in my position says face and skin changes from estrogen are somewhat permanent. I intend to allow my body to bounce back naturally for at least a couple years before doing anything beyond eating well, lifting, and potentially weight cycling. I'm curious about additional actions to see myself in a more masculine direction. Many bodybuilders who cycle various supplements end up developing more prominent bone structure and papery skin texture. The effect is a more aged or mature look so I'm curious if this could help to reverse the feminizing effects that estrogen has had on my face and skin. My testicles may have also atrophied and I'm curious what I can do to stimulate my natural testosterone production. I've heard clomid helps? What else can I do?

Sorry I'm new here. Which part of my post is a banned topic? My current physician has never had a patient detransition so I'm not sure how credible her input would be. I'm meeting with her this week to discuss what to do next beyond just stopping my estrogen. I'm just here looking for additional insight and would consult a doctor before taking any action.
