Hello all, I have heard several opinions in both directions of using a multivitamins. I have heard several fitness people claim they are complete crap and you are just pissing it all out, and others that have one as a daily thing.
I am sure that reality sits in the mid ground somewhere, and that vitamin quality is also big on how it is absorbed\how much is absorbed.
What's the general thought from this forum, and also, if people here are in favor of them, what brand do you take and why?

Certain forms are more readily absorbed than others, it's always best to get your nutrients from whole food sources but it isn't always possible, majority of people can't get enough nutrients like vitamin D and magnesium from food alone and some people just don't eat enough variety to so there cases in which it's justified.
My secret? Texting between sets.
