Best supplements for weight gain/healthy vitamins?
I recently started working out finally after finding out I have mitral valve prolapse. I only weight 120 lbs and I'm 5'10 so I'm pretty skinny. I know everyone's going to say eat more so please skip that part because I already know that lol. I'm looking to see if there is any supplements to enhance my gains from working out or even the best vitamins to be taking normally. Thank you in advance.
