The BSE Sensex is at 55,817 (up 0.2%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TATA STEEL (up 2.7%), ONGC (up 2.6%) and NTPC (up 2.3%). Other gainers include TECH MAHINDRA (up 2.0%) and POWER GRID (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ONGC and TATA STEEL.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 16,585 (up 0.3%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA STEEL (up 3.0%), HINDALCO (up 2.9%) and ONGC (up 2.5%). Other gainers include NTPC (up 2.3%) and IOC (up 1.8%).

TECH MAHINDRA net profit stood at Rs 14 billion for the quarter ended June 2021, compared to a profit of Rs 13 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 5.7% to Rs 102.0 billion during the period as against Rs 96.5 billion in April-June 2020.
For the year ended March 2021, TECH MAHINDRA reported 11.5% increase in net profit to Rs 43.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 39.0 billion during FY20.
Revenue of the company grew 2.7% to Rs 379 billion during FY21.
The current Price to earnings ratio of TECH MAHINDRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 26.5x.
