PRESTIGE ESTATES net profit stood at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended June 2021, compared to a profit of Rs 990 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 23.4% to Rs 14.2 billion during the period as against Rs 18.5 billion in April-June 2020.
For the year ended March 2020, PRESTIGE ESTATES reported 32.3% increase in net profit to Rs 5.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 4.1 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 57.1% to Rs 81 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of PRESTIGE ESTATES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 8.2x.
