NEW DELHI: Amazon India iOS app seems to be facing glitches. Amazon India's app for iPhone and iPad users is showing error for some users. There appears to be no issue in the Android version of the Amazon app.

While some affected users are not able to place any new orders or even check their purchase history. For some the issue is confined to viewing order history and that they are able to place orders. "Sorry something went wrong. We're working on fixing it. (CS11)," comes the message when users try to open their order history.

Several users have reported the issue on Twitter. "Dear @amazonIN - facing this issue since morning. Have deleted and reinstalled the app and yet this issue persists. Kindly help," says one Twitter user going by the name Somil Agrawal @somilagrawal.

"We are sorry about the issues you have with our application. It's a known issue and our teams are working on the same. Appreciate your patience and understanding," says response from Amazon Help.

"@AmazonHelp Hello there, I’ve got a CS11 error code on my Amazon app. Tried to restart my iPhone and uninstall then reinstall app, still got the problem. How to solve it ? Thanks," goes another tweet from a user named Madhulika @Kmadhulika31Me on Twitter.


Other than these responses from the Amazon Help account on Twitter, so far there is no official communication about this outage. Incidentally, Gadgets Now-Times of India Tech has reached out to Amazon for comment and is still awaiting response.
