LUCKNOW: While there has been a drop in cases for two months, it was after over 15 months or 455 days to be precise that not a single case of Covid-19 infection was reported in the city on Monday. It was on May 25 last year when not a single case was recorded in the city. Although two cases were recorded on Sunday, five patients recovered in the past 48 hours. As a result, the number of active cases has now come down to 26, which is also the lowest in 15 months. Meanwhile, there was a dip in vaccination too. In comparison to 17,944 shots on Saturday, 15,719 doses were administered on Monday. While 8,381 took the first shot, 7,338 completed two-dose course. In the 18-44 years group, 6,197 and 4,973 took the first and second dose respectively, while in the 45-59 category the corresponding numbers were 1,548 and 1,561. Among those 60 or above, 630 turned up for the first dose and 627 for second.
