This is with reference to our Notice No. 20151029-17 dated October 29, 2015, with respect to Uniform Implementation of KYC requirements.

MFI/MFD/RIAs are hereby informed that we have introduced a Fatca New Report on the mentioned path with some additional fields.

Path : Daily Downloads > New Reports > Master Reports > FATCA New Report

Hence, the old report which is existing on the below mentioned path shall be discontinued with effect from September 9, 2021 after the market hours. The nomenclature of the Fatca New Report shall be changed to FATCA REPORT.

All MFIs/MFDs/RIAs and members using third party vendor solutions and/or in-house developed trading application are hereby requested to take note of the same.
