Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Monday announced that the state government will construct a memorial for late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK leader M Karunanidhi at a cost of Rs 39 crore near Anna memorial in Kamaraj road.
