Aptus Value Housing Finance India (Aptus) listed on a discount on Tuesday against the initial public offering (IPO) upper price band. Aptus was listed and admitted to dealings on Sensex in the list of 'B' Group Securities.
Aptus is listed at over a 6.5% discount to Rs329.95 per piece on Sensex against the IPO price band of Rs353 per piece.
The stock has risen to a 52-week high of Rs349.50 per piece.
However, currently, the stock continues to trade lower compared to the IPO issue price.
At around 11.41 am, Aptus was trading at Rs347.90 per piece down by 1.44% against the IPO price.
In comparison to the listing price, Aptus stock traded higher by 5.4%. The company's market cap was near Rs17,200cr at the current market price.
The company had launched its IPO from August 10 to August 12 at a price band of Rs346 to Rs353 per share.
The IPO was oversubscribed by 17.20 times with a major subscription from Non-Institutional Investors and Qualified Institutional Buyers(QIBs) by 33.91 times and 32.41 times respectively.
