Rogers to acquire Seaside Communications in Nova Scotia

Canadian operator Rogers Communications announced an agreement to acquire Seaside Communications, a locally operated telecommunications company based in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Since opening its doors in 1975, Seaside has been providing service to the residents and businesses of Cape Breton and Northern Nova Scotia.
