There have been whispers of HMD Global working on its most affordable 5G smartphone. It is rumored to be called the Nokia G50 5G and now, we have come across the biggest and most reliable leak of them all. Nokia Mobile France accidentally posted a short video clip teasing the Nokia G50 5G on Instagram and also shared a few highlight features in the caption.
The post showed that the alleged Nokia G50 5G will have a product design similar to other affordable Nokia phones. It has a dew-drop-styled notch in the center and really minimal side bezels. The chin is relatively bigger as it features the Nokia branding. On the back, the phone has a circular camera module that features three camera sensors and an LED flash. The smartphone can be seen in two colors Blue and Midnight Sun.
The post caption confirms that the Nokia G50 5G will have a triple camera setup headlined by a 48-megapixel sensor. It is further set to debut with 5G connectivity. HMD Global is also marketing the phone around its battery life as it is claimed to last for up to 24 hours on a single charge.
This is pretty much what is known about this rumored smartphone for now. The accidental social media post does confirm that the official launch is around the corner. We will keep you posted on all the developments.
