Police identify man fatally shot Monday in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood

Police have identified the 24-year-old man who was shot dead in the West End on Monday.
Cornell Neal was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Cincinnati police.
Officers responded shortly after 7 p.m. to a reported shooting in the 2100 block of Freeman Avenue.
A male was found killed with a gunshot wound, according to police.
Police did not release any other information.
