And Carol Vorderman was keen to showcase her fitness gains on Tuesday as she took to Instagram to flex her growing muscles in a skintight wetsuit.
The 60-year-old former Countdown star told her fans: 'I think all this stuff is building my biceps.....look at the guns on that one... ok more like a water pistol.'

Carol grinned as she told her followers she was 'off for a morning paddle and brekkie' in her 'wet suit onesie cos it's warm out'.
The fighting fit star posed with her bicep flexed and showcased her famous curves in the skintight water sports ensemble.

Her black one-piece featured geometric blue and pink shapes and a zip trailing down the centre.
